Challenge Rewards
(Based on Annual Performance – Year 2026)
Silver Agent
Performance: €50,001 – €100,000 BV STS
Reward: 30% discount on the public (non-promotional) price
Stay: One-week Club Med stay
For: Travel Agent + 1 guest
Conditions:
Outside French school holidays
Subject to availability
Gold Agent
Performance: €100,001 – €200,000 BV STS
Reward: 50% discount on the public (non-promotional) price
Stay: One-week Club Med stay
For: Travel Agent + 1 guest
Conditions:
Outside French school holidays
Subject to availability
Platinum Agent
Performance: €200,001+ BV STS
Reward: One-week stay valued at €250
For: Travel Agent + 1 companion
Conditions:
Outside French school holidays
Subject to product availability
Registration no earlier than 2 months before departure
Note for Platinum Agents:
The following resorts cannot be offered free of charge:
Bodrum, Palmiye, Les Boucaniers, Trancoso, Bintan, Guilin, Yabuli, Albion Villas, Finolhu Villas, and chalets at Valmorel and Grand Massif Samoëns.
Eligibility & Important Notes
Rewards are subject to Headquarters approval
Applicable only to Travel Agents registered on CMTA, to allow performance tracking
All stays must take place outside French school holidays (all zones)
Rewards are non-transferable
Terms & Conditions
All bookings are subject to resort and date availability
If Club Med is required to cancel the stay, alternative services will be offered (except in force majeure cases)
No refunds or compensation will apply beyond the proposed alternatives
Extras are not included (excursions, premium drinks, visas, transfers, ski equipment, etc.)
If the Sub-Agent cancels, the reward is forfeited (unless exceptional approval is granted)
Once confirmed, dates, destination, and participants cannot be changed
Registration implies full acceptance of Club Med’s general and specific terms & conditions
